Processing Time

Every item on KD Supply is made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days to produce your order before it ships. This is separate from transit time once it's on its way.

During high-volume periods (holidays, new drops), processing may run slightly longer — we'll note it on the site if that's the case.

Carrier & Delivery

We don't lock every order to a single carrier. Shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL, or similar) is automatically selected for each order based on your delivery destination, so you get the fastest reliable route available.

Estimated delivery time is shown at checkout once your address is entered, and you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Cost

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery location. You'll see the exact cost before you pay — no surprises at the end.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it the rest of the way.
