Made-to-Order Items
Most items sold on KD Supply are printed and produced to order specifically for you. Because of this, all sales are final — we're not able to accept returns or exchanges for reasons like sizing, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
This does not apply if your item arrives defective or damaged. See below.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, a printing error, or damage from shipping, we'll make it right.

Reporting window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to let us know.

How to report it: Email customersupport@kdsupplylimited.com with your order number and a photo showing the issue.

What happens next: Once confirmed, we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Return shipping: If we need the original item back, KD Supply covers that shipping cost. You will never pay to return a defective item.
